Rest in Jesus

Life can get heavy. Between work, school, family, and the constant noise of the world, it’s easy to feel tired — not just in your body, but deep inside your heart.
That’s why Jesus said:

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

When we bring our worries, fears, and failures to Him, He doesn’t turn us away. He gives us peace that the world can’t offer — the kind that settles the mind and renews the soul.

Resting in Jesus doesn’t mean quitting life; it means trusting Him enough to let go of what we can’t control. It’s choosing faith over fear, worship over worry, and stillness over stress.

So today, pause. Breathe. Whisper His name.
Let Jesus carry what’s been weighing you down — and find rest for your soul.
